Who we are:

Wasatch Magazine is the U’s official outdoor publication made for students and outdoor enthusiasts!

History:

The Magazine began as a section of The Daily Utah Chronicle. The Magazine later began publishing its own editions, starting in April of 2018.

Our mission:

We believe in the transformative power of time spent in nature. Our stories chronicle the diverse ways in which people engage with landscapes of the Wasatch and beyond. These stories encompass a broad range of disciplines in outdoor recreation as well as conservation and scientific work that impacts the places we love. We encourage people to get outside for their own well-being, to form strong communities, and for the good of the Earth.
